Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active CA Bar.
• Ability to bill 1920 hours per year.
• Foreclosure/real estate or mortgage servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of mortgage servicing and foreclosure litigation.
• Prepare case analyses and advise clients on strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and conduct depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Manage pre-litigation matters and title clearance.
