LendSure Mortgage Corp. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to bridge business teams (Sales, Operations) with our Encompass loan origination system.

You will translate operational needs into clear requirements for developers and help drive process improvements. The role reports to the Manager of Operations and requires deep knowledge of mortgage workflows, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong communication with executives and technical staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Encompass in a technical or implementation role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending workflows and loan origination.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into detailed specs.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and software releases.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and Encompass development team.
• Gather, document, and refine Encompass requirements and translate into user stories.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and downsides of requests.
• Lead projects from discovery through deployment and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate with developers and third-party vendors throughout lifecycle.
• Maintain standards for requirements, change management, and testing.
• Organize user acceptance testing and validate functionality.
• Prepare release notes and coordinate training announcements.
