Job summary

Turing is seeking Mortgage & Home Lending professionals to collaborate with researchers, evaluating and training AI models on topics from underwriting to loan servicing. You’ll shape rubrics, assess model capabilities, and help advance AI in finance with an emphasis on accuracy and regulatory considerations.

This fully remote freelance role offers flexible hours (10–30 hrs/week) for ~1 month, with compensation around $100+ per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Mortgage & Home Lending.
• Strong grasp of agency guidelines (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) and loan lifecycle.
• Excellent English written communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM models on mortgage topics (underwriting, loan programs, servicing).
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities (DTI, LTV, income verification, appraisals, escrow, TRID/RESPA).
• Collaborate with AI researchers and lending experts to shape training and benchmarks.
