Qualifications

• FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) or VA Credit Underwriter authority is a strong signal.
• Ability to calculate qualifying income from IRS Forms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated mortgage underwriting decisions across loan types.
• Create test cases for qualifying income calculations for self-employed borrowers.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.
