Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or relevant fields.
• Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Established referral network within mortgage or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Originate first mortgage loans by identifying prospective borrowers.
• Prepare, review, and deliver required loan disclosures.
• Manage and monitor the mortgage loan pipeline for timely approvals.
