• 3-5 years of Mortgage Foreclosure experience
• Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage loans from initial foreclosure referral through resolution.
• Serve as main point of contact for foreclosure counsel, trustees, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor critical dates and foreclosure milestones to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate loan information, system records, and foreclosure documentation.
• Prepare reinstatement, payoff, and other loan-related figures as needed.
• Ensure foreclosure activities comply with investor, government, and regulatory requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA).
• Audit foreclosure expenses and legal fees for accuracy before approval.
