Job summary

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company to hire a Remote Foreclosure Specialist. This contract-to-hire role offers up to $27/hour.

You will monitor and manage loans through the foreclosure process, coordinate with attorneys and vendors, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and state regulations.

This position requires at least two years of foreclosure experience and a strong understanding of timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of foreclosure experience within the mortgage industry required.
• Strong understanding of the foreclosure process, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage loans throughout the foreclosure process.
• Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, trustees, and third-party vendors.
• Track foreclosure deadlines, timelines, and legal milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Review and maintain foreclosure documentation and system updates.
• Provide payoff quotes, reinstatement figures, and other loan-related information.
• Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and state foreclosure regulations.
• Review and approve foreclosure-related expenses, attorney fees, and invoices.
• Partner with internal teams including Default, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, and Servicing.
