Qualifications

• 2+ years of foreclosure experience within mortgage servicing, lending, or a foreclosure law firm.
• Knowledge of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes.
• Experience with loans governed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac servicing guidelines.
• Strong understanding of foreclosure milestones, timelines, and default servicing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential mortgage loans progressing through various stages of foreclosure.
• Partner with legal counsel, third-party vendors, and internal servicing groups to support timely file movement and resolution.
• Monitor key foreclosure events, state-specific timelines, and investor-driven requirements to ensure compliance.
• Review account activity, documentation, and expense items for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed servicing records while supporting escalated issues and exception-based processing.
