Ocrolus is seeking a senior Mortgage Technical Enablement Manager to build and own the enablement function for our mortgage customers. You will translate product capabilities into scalable training, create hands-on labs, and deliver instructor-led and on-demand programs.
This role requires high autonomy and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Revenue to accelerate launches and drive adoption.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in L&D, enablement, or education programs.
