Job summary

Ocrolus Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Forward-Deployed Engineer (Encompass) to bridge product and customers in a fast-paced fintech setting. You will embed with client teams, write production code, and help lenders reimagine workflows using our platform.

You will work with Account Management and onboarding teams, travel to client sites, and influence the product roadmap. If you enjoy ownership and high-impact customer work, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years in mortgage or lending workflows.
• Strong understanding of Encompass and mortgage platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor during post-sales engagements.
• Review solutions, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines with clients.
• Build and support mortgage integrations using Ocrolus and Encompass.
• Run proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value engagements to show ROI.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in live customer environments.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Product to influence roadmap.
• Travel ~30-50% to customer sites and industry events.
