Job summary

512Financial is seeking a Mortgage Document Preparation Specialist for a fully remote role focused on accurate preparation of mortgage documents across loan types, with emphasis on Texas loans and Texas mortgage laws.

You will review and audit closing documents, guide clients and teams on closing instructions, and stay current with TRID rules and title commitments to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing mortgage documents in a mortgage-law firm.
• Experience with Power of Attorney, LLCs, and Trusts.
• Experience with Texas loans and Texas mortgage laws.
• Knowledge of TRID regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with title commitments and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and audit closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide guidance on loan documents and closing instructions to clients and team.
• Navigate multiple loan types, including VA, FHA, Conventional, and Texas-specific loans.
• Stay updated on regulations and standards to ensure high-quality document prep.
