Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, or Legal support
• Solid knowledge of foreclosure-related laws and procedures
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure proceedings in compliance with state/federal laws
• Review foreclosure files to ensure deadlines and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, insurers, and trustees
• Monitor attorney performance and maintain required timeframes
• Audit accounts for expense compliance and proper system entry
• Research loans with questionable items and respond to audits
• Report litigated matters to management and prepare portfolio analyses
