• Domain experience in mortgage servicing software.
• Strong SQL skills and data warehousing exposure.
• Data mapping, cleansing and transformation rules.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into user stories, specs, data requirements, and workflows.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping, gap analysis, and transformation logic for large system conversions.
• Facilitate requirement workshops with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineers.
• Perform root cause analysis and process optimization for enterprise reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across data initiatives.
