Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical/Business Analyst/Engineer for remote contract-to-hire work focused on Commercial Mortgage data and analytics. You will translate business needs into technical specs, validate data requirements, and ensure accuracy of data models in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes SQL expertise, data quality, API integrations, and automation, with strong communication skills and experience in financial services. Competitive W2 hourly rate is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5-7 years IT-related experience such as Business Analysis or Quality Assurance.
• Experience with Commercial Mortgage Data Warehouse model preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Own development of business and technical requirements for support and enhancements.
• Transform business requirements into SQL statements.
• Analyze data to triage issues within the data model.
• Collaborate with data architects, sponsors, core admins, and report writers in Agile.
• Analyze source system data to improve data quality.
• Partner with the business to identify data issues and solutions.
• Identify ways to automate data quality through rules.
