Visionaire Partners, LLC. is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Data Engineer & Analyst for a fully remote, initial 6-month contract.

The role focuses on data mapping, conversions, and translating business needs into technical specs, working with product, architects, and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data engineering, experience with mortgage servicing software projects, and a proven ability to support UAT and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data engineering experience with strong SQL and data warehousing skills.
• Hands-on background in mortgage servicing software projects.
• Proven track record in data mapping, data cleansing, and supporting UAT.
• Strong background in business/system analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to pass background, drug (excl. marijuana), and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data mapping & conversions: analyze source/target data models and define transformation logic.
• Translate requirements: convert business needs into technical specs, data requirements, and user stories.
• Cross-functional leadership: partner with product, solution architects, and engineering to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize workflows: run requirement workshops, root cause/impact analysis, and refine reporting architecture.
• Provide SME guidance on operational workflows, business rules, and regulatory considerations for mortgage servicing data.

Looking to make a major impact at a rapidly growing company? We’re seeking a skilled Data Engineer & Analyst with deep mortgage-servicing expertise to lead critical data mapping and conversion initiatives.

Role Overview

• Type: Fully Remote | Initial 6-Month Contract (Extension Options)
• Status: W2 Contractor eligible for full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 4% match, FSA & more)

What You’ll Do

• Lead Data Mapping & Conversions: Analyze source/target data models, bridge data gaps, and define precise transformation logic.
• Translate Requirements: Turn complex business needs into detailed technical specs, data requirements, and user stories.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize Workflows: Facilitate requirement workshops, perform root cause/impact analysis, and refine reporting architecture.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Guide operational workflows, business rules, and regulatory considerations for mortgage servicing data.
