Eliassen Group seeks a Technical/Business Analyst/Engineer to work remotely for a contract-to-hire role focused on program and project management within the Insurance sector. You will develop and validate business and data requirements, translate them into SQL and API integrations, and ensure data quality across the mortgage data warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5-7 years IT-related experience such as Business Analysis or Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Own development of business and technical requirements for support and enhancement items within the Commercial Mortgage Data Warehouse model.
• Transform business requirements into SQL statements.
• Analyze data to triage issues within the data model.
• Collaborate with data architects, business sponsors, core system administrators, and report writers within an Agile methodology.
• Analyze source system data to improve data quality.
• Partner with the business to identify data issues and potential solutions.
