Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, and positive.
Required: Must be 18+, High School Diploma or equivalent, multitasking skills, typing speed of 30-45 WPM, fluent English, familiarity with Windows applications, excellent communication, customer-oriented attitude, reliable attendance, problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in banking or financial services, data entry, professional writing skills.
