Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in tailored solutions for our clients. This role involves supporting mortgage customer service by interacting with customers nationwide to resolve issues and ensure excellent service. Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, and positive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure first call resolution.
  • Follow client processes and policies.
  • Utilize knowledge bases and training to assist customers.
  • Create and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Document call resolutions properly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and schedules.
Candidate Qualifications

Required: Must be 18+, High School Diploma or equivalent, multitasking skills, typing speed of 30-45 WPM, fluent English, familiarity with Windows applications, excellent communication, customer-oriented attitude, reliable attendance, problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in banking or financial services, data entry, professional writing skills.

Conditions of Employment
