Job description

Notes from manager - Candidates now must live in Mountain or Pacific time zones. Please be sure to communicate the actual duration of the contract and that this is a contract position, not full-time, five days a week, half days with potential to move to full time (40 hours a week). They need to have call center experience and strong Excel skills. DO NOT SUBMIT ANYONE WHO DOES NOT match all these requirements.

This is a 100% remote position.

Candidates should have a strong background in Customer Service.

Job Overview:

The GHEC Ultrasound segment, a fast-growing business in *** HealthCare, is the global leader in ultrasound medical devices and solutions. The portfolio spans the continuum of care to enable customers with ultrasound screening, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of diseases. Our customers are seeking to improve efficiency in radiology and beyond and increase user confidence to provide better clinical outcomes. The need for AI, digital solutions, and automation, connecting devices and software in one seamless ecosystem, continues to grow.

The Caption SBU focuses on clinical applications that aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans. Caption Care is a turnkey, end-to-end echo program leveraging Caption AI technology platform to deliver convenient, cost-effective echocardiograms in any care setting to identify heart disease earlier—before issues become serious.

The Caption Care Operations Specialist works within the Caption Care Operations team and contributes to initiatives and tasks to ensure service excellence, including but not limited to: integration tasks, scheduling, client team support, inbound and outbound calling for patients and key initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service.
  • Contribute to activities within the broader operations team.
  • Contribute to operations team activities to build outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform.
  • Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling/call center requirements and features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in a call center environment.

This position is based in the United States only. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. *** HealthCare may sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.

Desired Characteristics:
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently.
