Job summary

Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC seeks a Closer/Funder to prepare, review, and fund mortgage loans. You will coordinate closing with borrowers, title companies, and investors while delivering high-quality customer service in a fully remote role for AZ, CA, or TX residents.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of loan funding, processing, and/or closing experience required.
Able to close a pipeline of 35-40+ loans a month.
Proficient with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook; strong reading of financial data.

Responsibilities

Prepares and reviews mortgage closing documents according to file specifics and compliance.
Manages assigned pipeline of fundings and ensures timely closing and funding.
Coordinates with title companies, borrower's team, and investors to finalize HUD and settlement statements.
Transmits and ships loan documentation to investors and handles post-closing tasks.
