You’ll handle a large pipeline, liaise with lenders, conveyancers and surveyors, and work closely with our Mortgage Experts to deliver optimal outcomes. This role offers 100% remote working, a proactive, agile team culture, and a schedule that supports a balanced yet fast-paced mortgage operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume, end-to-end mortgage case management role.
• Confident managing a large caseload with tight timelines while staying organised.
• Solid understanding of the full mortgage process and lender requirements.
• Comfortable navigating rate changes, lender SLAs, and keeping momentum.
• Real team player with a customer-first mindset and flexible shift/overtime approach.

Responsibilities

• Own a large pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases (100-140+), ensuring progress to completion.
• Act as the key liaison between customers, lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors with proactive updates.
• Work closely with our team of Mortgage Experts to secure the best outcomes for every client.
• Handle DIP submissions, lender communications, offer chasing, and document checks.
• Stay ahead of lender service levels, rate changes, and policy updates to optimise turnaround times.
• Specialise in a defined part of the process, becoming a subject matter expert in your area.
• Be part of a fast-paced, agile environment where change is constant, and responsiveness is everything.
