The role offers a $36,000 base salary plus incentive pay; the ideal candidate has 2+ years as a mortgage branch manager and deep knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs, with Encompass and Velocify expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history.
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)

Responsibilities

• Stay current on loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to execute company goals and sales.
• Coordinate sales and operations team meetings according to objectives.
• Conduct trainings according to industry and company updates.
• Track and improve employee performance, including daily pipeline review and management.
• Meet all company sales goals.
• Recruit top mortgage professionals.
• Maintain and develop new marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Calculate, review, and submit employee commissions and payroll according to guidelines.
