Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Branch Manager for the Naples, FL area, with remote work possible. The role oversees sales, recruiting, administration and staff supervision, while coordinating with operations to manage production and pipeline. Base salary is $36,000 with incentive pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Mortgage Branch Manager with production history.
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360).

Responsibilities

• Stay current on loan program guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to execute company goals and sales.
• Coordinate sales and operations team meetings according to objectives.
• Conduct trainings according to industry updates.
• Track and improve employee performance including pipeline review.
• Meet all company sales goals.
• Recruit top mortgage professionals.
• Maintain and develop marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships aligned with company objectives.
• Calculate, review and submit employee commissions and payroll according to guidelines.
