Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Branch Manager experience with proven production history.
- Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
- Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360).
Responsibilities
- Stay current on loan program guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to execute company goals and sales.
- Coordinate sales and operations team meetings.
- Conduct trainings on industry updates.
- Track and improve employee performance and pipeline management.
- Meet all company sales goals.
- Recruit top mortgage professionals.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Manage commission statements and payroll deadlines.
