Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking a mid‑level BI Analyst to develop and maintain Mortgage Lending reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decisions and improve reporting processes.

You will build and automate dashboards using Power BI/SSRS, validate data accuracy, and support HMDA and other regulatory reporting with focus on timeliness and quality. Remote options available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Two to four years' experience as a Business Reporting Analyst I or similar role.
• Two years in Residential Mortgage Industry experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, SSRS).
• Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting (HMDA, Fair Lending) and support findings.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Validate data and develop exception reports.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support development of a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data.
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools.
