PROPEL HOME LOANS LLC is seeking to add experienced Mortgage Brokers to our remote team. You will work with borrowers, network, and build lasting relationships while guiding them through loan applications.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, with a solid understanding of lending practices and regulations. We expect proactive client outreach, relationship building, and comprehensive loan analysis.

Qualifications

• NMLS License required or eligible.
• Knowledge of lending products and practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-starter who is goal-oriented.
• Ability to generate your own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage clients.
• Develop a strong business network of referrals.
• Maintain relationships with existing & potential clients and referral partners.
• Analyze borrower financial and credit data.
• Assist clients in understanding the loan products and process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current financial services and types of loans.
• Keep detailed records.
