Job summary

Exp. Group. LLC is seeking an experienced dispatcher to run our early-morning operation remotely. You will be the first point of contact for drivers and vendors at the start of the day, handling morning requests and solving problems as they arise.

This role runs 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time. You will communicate with vendors by email, dispatch same-day requests, and keep accurate records to ensure a smooth handoff with the evening dispatcher.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Able to work independently with no on-site supervision.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.
• Experience dispatching Class A and Class B drivers.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage driver and operator calls, resolving issues during morning operations and emailing vendors about pickups, deliveries, and changes.
• Receive, schedule, and dispatch same-day requests.
• Respond to immediate operational problems such as delays and driver availability.
• Keep accurate records of dispatch activity and changes.
• Coordinate with the evening dispatcher for a smooth handoff.
