GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Specialist for weekend day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM). You will coordinate with drivers, manage AS-400 tasks, and document issues to ensure on-time deliveries, while collaborating with internal teams for smooth operations.

This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication. The position requires FMCSR awareness, proficiency with MS Office and AS-400, plus the ability to type 25 wpm.

Formación

• Knowledge of FMCSR and U.S./Canadian geography.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AS-400.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate professional communication with drivers over the phone and OBCS.
• Perform essential AS-400 functions to maintain computer systems.
• Communicate issues with internal and external customers.
• Document issues involving drivers and loads thoroughly.
• Conduct fleet scans to proactively catch and correct issues.
• Maintain a high level of on-time service.

Conocimientos
