Job summary

Global Impact Group LLC seeks Montenegrin Over-the-Phone Interpreters to support its USCIS contract. This remote role requires real-time Montenegrin-English interpretation for interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.

You will interpret accurately and neutrally in immigration, legal, and administrative contexts, adhere to confidentiality and ethics standards, and participate in training and quality assurance audits, with a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Montenegrin and English.
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, legal, healthcare, community, or government preferred).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 federal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Montenegrin English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.
• Interpret accurately, neutrally, and professionally in immigration, legal, and administrative contexts.
• Adhere to USCIS/DHS confidentiality and interpreter ethics standards.
• Handle both scheduled and urgent/surge assignments.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality assurance audits.
