Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or observability.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and at least one major observability platform (Datadog/New Relic/Splunk).
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and logging.
• Proficient in Go, Python, or Java.
