Job summary

BlueSky Resource Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Observability) to design, build, and mature an enterprise observability platform across Kubernetes, cloud, and on-prem environments.

You will implement Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, InfluxDB, and related tooling, build telemetry pipelines, and develop dashboards and intelligent alerting while collaborating with Platform Engineering and Application Development teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years in SRE, DevOps, Platform, or Observability roles.
Hands-on with Kubernetes, DevOps, and troubleshooting in technical environments.
Strong knowledge of metrics, logs, traces, telemetry collection and streaming.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain enterprise observability solutions across apps, infra, cloud, and network.
Identify gaps in monitoring, telemetry, instrumentation, and visibility.
Implement Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, InfluxDB, and related tools.
Develop telemetry pipelines and end-to-end system visibility.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and alerting strategies to improve uptime.
