You will work with hospitals, IDNs, and reference labs, assessing complex workflows and delivering evidence-based recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, or equivalent with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with process mapping and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end molecular testing workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze volumes, staffing, and throughput to optimize operations and turnaround times.
• Apply process mapping, data analysis, capacity modeling, and rapid improvement methods.
• Evaluate cobas systems and connected automation for integrated workflows.
• Support pre-sales and implementation with workflow planning and handoffs.
