Job summary

Roche seeks a Consultant to demonstrate the end-to-end value of Molecular Diagnostics and Roche Consulting services. You will work with hospitals, IDNs, and reference labs to assess molecular testing operations, identify workflow challenges, and deliver evidence-based recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical discipline or closely related field.
• Experience with process mapping, statistical and reporting tools.
• 5+ years in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, or equivalent with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end molecular workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and turnaround times.
• Analyze volumes, assay mix, staffing, and bottlenecks to improve workflow performance.
• Apply consulting methods (process mapping, data analysis, capacity modeling, rapid improvement) to deliver recommendations.
• Collaborate with LIS, CCM, and automation partners to plan and implement solutions.
• Communicate findings and requirements to cross-functional teams and customers.
