CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Model Risk Advisor – Remote. You will promote AI governance, maintain model inventories, assess risk, and support governance frameworks across the enterprise.

This remote-first role partners with risk teams, auditors, and external providers to ensure compliance with evolving regulations, improve controls, and deliver executive insights on model risk and governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or related.
• Experience in AI model governance, model risk management, or audit.

Responsabilités

• Promote AI governance policies and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements, and usage.
• Support the Model Risk Management framework, controls, and standards.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Assist in model validation, testing, and reporting to leadership.
• Participate in AI governance oversight activities and audits.
• Develop executive insights on model risk and governance.
