Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Model Risk Advisor to strengthen AI governance, risk assessment, and controls across the enterprise. The role focuses on promoting compliance, maintaining model inventories, and supporting audits while collaborating with risk, governance, and IT teams.

Qualified candidates will have deep knowledge of model risk management, AI ethics, regulatory expectations, and the ability to communicate complex topics to both business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Capable of communicating technical and business information clearly.
• Experience deploying AI Model governance across a large enterprise.
• Ability to lead and influence change within complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards and responsible AI practices.
• Establish and maintain inventory of AI/ML models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements and usage; identify gaps.
• Support model validation, testing scope and document findings for stakeholders.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance, risk, and controls.
