Job summary

Akumin is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee mobile imaging deployments across healthcare sites. You will plan, coordinate, and execute full deployment lifecycles, balancing timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements to deliver critical diagnostic services.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory teams, traveling regionally or nationally to client sites, and driving continuous process improvements for faster delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in facility operations, industrial deployments, or construction management.
• Solid understanding of Waterfall, Lean, and Stage-Gate methodologies.
• Experience coordinating site readiness, equipment installations, and operational startups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile imaging deployment projects from site assessment to operational startup.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resources, and risk management strategies; coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with regular leadership reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks early; ensure regulatory and technical compliance across deployments.
