Job summary

Akumin is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of mobile imaging units across healthcare sites. You will plan, coordinate, and execute the full life cycle from pre-planning to launch, balancing timelines, budgets, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations to deliver critical healthcare services.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of PM experience in facility operations, industrial deployments, or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile imaging deployment projects from site assessment through full operational startup.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues and escalations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce deployment cycle time and costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; manage budgets, schedules, and milestones; provide leadership reporting.
