Job summary

Peraton seeks a Mobile Authentication Integration Engineer to support DoD ICAM projects. The role focuses on native iOS and Android integration of secure identity workflows, phishing-resistant authentication, and enterprise IAM/CIAM services for federal programs.

This is a 100% remote role targeting DoD identity platforms, with emphasis on secure SDK integrations, device credential handling, and compliance with NIST guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience
• Experience integrating Okta Identity Engine (OIE) Embedded SDKs into native apps
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and secure token management
• Experience with FIDO2/WebAuthn and phishing-resistant auth methods

Responsibilities

• Integrate Okta Identity Engine Embedded SDKs into native iOS and Android apps
• Implement OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and secure token management
• Develop secure mobile authentication, identity enrollment, and account recovery workflows
• Implement FIDO2/WebAuthn, passkeys, and other phishing-resistant methods
• Manage secure storage of credentials (Keychain, Keystore)
• Ensure secure app routing and mobile enrollment workflows per standards
• Support enterprise IAM/CIAM integrations across DoD systems
• Participate in Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines
