REBNY is seeking a Senior Director, Products and Operations to lead backend and frontend operations for the Residential Listing Service (RLS) and its ecosystem in New York City. The role focuses on operational strategy, master data management, and data integrity while driving a first‑of‑its‑kind front‑end solution across North America.

The ideal candidate combines deep operational management with hands‑on technical capability, including familiarity with APIs and Postman, and possesses AI‑forward

Qualifications

• 9+ years leading operations, projects, and products in tech or data‑driven settings.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Familiarity with APIs and data feeds; ability to govern data quality and compliance.
• AI-forward mindset to apply AI tools for operations and member value.
• Knowledge of real estate data flows among listings, MLS, and platforms.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set operational strategy for the RLS and oversee back‑end/front‑end operations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage performance and accountability.
• Oversee data operations, data quality, and master data management of RLS.
• Direct API strategy, vendor integrations and data feeds with compliance.
• Drive front‑end product delivery and member adoption of new platform.
