Job summary

SEBES Pay Corporation, an international group specializing in e-commerce and financial solutions, seeks a remote MLRO/Compliance Officer for a US-based entity. The role requires senior or mid-level AML/CTF and compliance experience in payment companies, with responsibility for enhancing AML/CTF operations and regulatory alignment.

The selected candidate will lead onboarding, monitoring, reporting, and documentation, while coordinating with regulators and partner institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML/CTF compliance in payment companies (PSPs).
• Strong understanding of onboarding, monitoring, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily AML/CTF operations and oversee onboarding, website screening, and transaction monitoring.
• Act as the designated official authorized by FinCEN to ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulator communications.
• Oversee compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit AML/CTF reports within regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain AML/CTF compliance documentation and procedures.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to strengthen the overall business compliance strategy.
