Job summary

Keyrock is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer and MLRO for its Switzerland and Liechtenstein entities. You will join a dynamic Group Compliance team and focus on CH and LI operations while contributing to group-wide programs and the global compliance framework.

You will lead risk assessments, develop policies, conduct second-line controls, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, IT, and Operations to embed AML/CTF requirements across business processes. Remote/intl work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Compliance officer/2nd line in a regulated financial institution in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein.
• Experience engaging with Swiss/Liechtenstein regulators.
• Strong knowledge of MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse and data privacy.
• Understanding of digital assets ecosystem is a plus.
• Degree in business or law required.
• Experience implementing monitoring and control processes.
• ACAMS or related master would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance in CH & LI.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and annual plan.
• Implement second-line controls and tests.
• Assess future business activities to identify compliance risks.
• Communicate policies to employees and conduct trainings.
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and maintain policies.
• Collaborate with Trading Ops, Finance, Risk, IT & Security to integrate compliance.
• Oversee AML obligations and act as MLRO for CH & LI.
• Represent Keyrock in AML matters internally and externally.
• Conduct audits and reviews for AML/CTF compliance.
• Draft compliance points of attention and management reports.
