Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering ML operations infrastructure and solutions.
• Strong CI/CD using Docker, Kubernetes, Git.
• IaC experience with Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction of the MLOps tech stack.
• Lead AI/ML engineering, data engineering, software and cloud teams.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices in monitoring and governance.
• Guide roadmap execution and project delivery across teams.
• Mentor ML operations leads to build high-performing teams.
• Manage ML operations portfolio to meet clinical, business, and technical needs.
• Integrate ML solutions into enterprise processes with governance.
