Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering ML ops infrastructure and solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of ML methodologies and frameworks including agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for MLOps tech stack.
• Lead AI/ML engineering, data engineering, software engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud ops teams.
• Apply Responsible AI values to monitor and assess ML solutions.
• Coordinate ML operations and data engineering product development.
• Mentor ML engineers and drive best practices and execution.
