Job summary

R37, the AI innovation lab within R1 RCM, invites you to join as a Software Engineer for ML Ops. You’ll own the production runtime for Phare OS, deploying and scaling ML models across endpoints and workflows, with a focus on reliability and automated delivery in a hybrid NYC-based environment.

We value hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD, plus the ability to manage end-to-end observability and incident response in scale.

Qualifications

• Deployed and operated ML models in production with APIs and batch/streaming inference.
• Experience with end-to-end model observability and alerting across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own production runtime for Phare’s ML stack across inference endpoints and batch/streaming workflows.
• Develop progressive delivery pipelines with automated rollouts and rollbacks.
• Manage SLOs for latency and availability and instrument observability across metrics/logs/traces.
• Implement RBAC, secrets management, encryption, and audit logging in ML environments.
