You will lead AI/ML, data, and full-stack engineers to deliver AI-native healthcare products and collaborate with product, AI research, and data science teams. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) at our New York City hub requires 3+ years leading engineering teams and AI-driven product experience, with Python/Java and cloud proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager.
• Proven track record building and scaling AI-driven products at scale.
• Strong ability to translate ideas into customer-facing solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages; cloud experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI/ML, data, and full-stack engineers to deliver AI-native products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI research, and data science to set goals and roadmap.
• Drive 0→1 product innovation by adopting new AI/ML tech.
• Champion Agile and DevOps practices for reliable software delivery.
