Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking an ML Ops-focused Software Engineer in the US hybrid model. You will own the production runtime for Phare OS ML stack, deploying, serving, and scaling models across endpoints and batch/streaming workflows.

Build progressive delivery pipelines, manage SLOs, and ensure reproducible ML releases. You’ll leverage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD to maintain secure, auditable pipelines with strong data lineage and RBAC.

Qualifications

• Deployed and operated models in production with GPUs.
• Strong with Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD for services and model artifacts.
• End-to-end observability: metrics, logs, traces, drift, regression.
• Manage model registries, stage gates, and RBAC/security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own production runtime for Phare’s ML stack and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure latency and availability SLOs are met and roll out updates.
• Instrument end-to-end observability and automate with progressive delivery.
