Job summary

Purolator International, a leading U.S.-based logistics provider, seeks a skilled coordinator to manage domestic and international air and ground shipments, including import/export paperwork, booking, and customs coordination in a 24/7 environment. This remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with shift coverage flexibility.

You will build relationships with customers, agents, and carriers, develop routing strategies, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate shipment

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in time-critical logistics environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Import/Export operations.
• Make quick decisions and innovative solutions to complex client logistics needs.
• Strong customer service skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via phone and email.
• Procure scheduling and rates with agents, carriers, and brokers.
• Prepare shipment documentation (BOL, MAWB/HAWB, Commercial Invoice).
• Enter shipments into the TMS and maintain real-time milestones.
• Maintain relationships with customers, agents, and carriers.
