Job summary

Purolator International in Memphis is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to assist the District Service Quality Supervisor and oversee warehouse staff. You will help process freight, enter shipments into our ERP system, and coordinate with brokers to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

The role requires problem-solving, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for occasional shift changes. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30am EST.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to process shipments into the ERP system.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Flexibility for occasional shift changes during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch operations and service to meet goals and standards.
• Oversee warehouse personnel and processing freight on the floor.
• Process shipments and entry into ERP system; coordinate with brokers.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance across daily tasks.
• Print customs paperwork and prep inbound freight; monitor ERP dashboards.
