Return Assets Division- Lauth Investigations International, Inc. is seeking Missing Heir Specialists to contact individuals who may be entitled to inherit assets. You will explain opportunities, verify interest, and secure signed contingent fee agreements.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role with a mix of outbound calls and warm leads. You will collaborate with legal and research teams to move cases forward, maintaining professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong phone sales or consultative sales experience.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and trustworthy way.

Responsabilités

• Contact potential heirs by phone using company-provided leads.
• Explain estate recovery opportunities and how the process works.
• Build trust and rapport with individuals who may be unaware of their inheritance.
• Clearly present and secure signed contingent fee agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and agreements.
• Follow up with potential heirs and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Work closely with research and legal teams to ensure smooth case processing.
