Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Minerals and Nutrients, to lead sales and market development across an assigned US territory.

The role reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, possess strong technical product knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market presence for the Minerals &

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business-related or technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
Strong track record in Food & Beverage, human nutrition, VMS, or dietary supplement industry.
Established professional network within Food & Beverage, VMS, or dietary supplements.
Ability to leverage existing customer relationships to generate business opportunities.
Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and develop new accounts.
Strong planning, organization, time management, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies and execution plans for the assigned territory.
Identify target customer segments and prioritize key accounts with significant growth potential.
Achieve territory sales goals, revenue targets, and budget objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand sales of existing and new Minerals & Nutrients products.
Build strong customer relationships through professional conduct and customer-focused selling.
Develop account plans to improve customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Develop strong technical knowledge of the company's products, including therapeutic benefits, applications, and value propositions.
Communicate technical product information effectively to customers and prospects.
Identify emerging customer requirements and new market opportunities.
Maintain appropriate sales volume, product mix, and selling-price performance.
Collaborate with sales colleagues, Minerals & Nutrients leaders, and company leadership.
