Qualifications

• Must have experience with military and federal reporting
• Familiarity with WARs, SITREPs, AARs and executive summaries is preferred
• US Department of Defense documentation standards knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft, grade, and review back office documents and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Create realistic military and federal status reports, summaries, and executive updates based on prompts and artifacts.
• Develop golden responses for AI model training that align with standards.
• Draft grading rubrics and guidelines for federal/military writing assessment.
• Evaluate AI-generated reports and provide detailed feedback in writing and verbally.
• Provide context on stylistic differences and approaches to military documents.
• Produce supporting documents such as decision briefs, memoranda, and action officer updates as needed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure diverse reporting styles and branch-specific terminology
